These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and MuseuTicke (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company incorporated in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our platform at museuticke.lat, creating an account, or purchasing any ticket through our services, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our platform independently. Individuals between fourteen (14) and eighteen (18) years may use the platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
All ticket prices displayed on our platform are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes. Ticket availability is subject to real-time allocation by our Partner Museums and cannot be guaranteed until a booking confirmation is issued.
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and select regional payment methods. Your payment is considered complete when we receive confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a payment failure, no booking will be confirmed, and no charges will be retained.
Upon successful payment, your E-Ticket will be delivered to the email address associated with your account, typically within sixty (60) seconds. Each E-Ticket contains a unique QR code or barcode that must be presented — either as a digital image on your mobile device or as a printed copy — at the designated museum entrance. E-Tickets are valid only for the date, time (where applicable), and museum specified at the time of booking. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or redistribution of E-Tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in entry denial without refund.
Our cancellation and refund provisions are detailed in our separate Cancellation Policy. In summary: cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit date qualify for a full refund; cancellations made 24–48 hours prior qualify for a 50% refund; cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, MuseuTicke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our platform or attendance at any Partner Museum. Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MuseuTicke in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
All content on the MuseuTicke platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of MuseuTicke or its content licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and prominently displayed on our platform at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
